Sycamore Springs Whitetail Ranch
The guest house sleeps 16 people with a max occupancy of 20. You can rent it by itself or in combination with the former hotel. Combined both buildings sleep 40 people with a max occupancy or 50. The house and former Hotel have a separate patio and a privacy screen separating each group.

Cabin offers a small kitchen with mini-fridge, full bathroom, living-room, two small lofts, and one private bedroom. There is a pull-out couch in the main living area. This cabin comfortably sleeps 4 people (max 6). This is a non-smoking cabin.
Cabin rate $200per night
If cabin is smoked in or has damages customer will have a $500 damage fee.
Persimmon Ridge Cabin
This cabin is located 2 miles from hunting property. It accommodates up to 4 people. Cabin offers 1 bed on lower floor, loft with 1 bed, and a full bathroom.
